For me, I tried to focus on myself and think positively really helps:) I also felt all my days were so normal and the same routine but I found out the way going to the gym helps and uploading videos and travelling were things that I could enjoy😊🥰 I hope you could find the things that you can enjoy🙏🍀

    I grew up eating peanut butter and apples for snacks. It also tastes good with celeries😊 love eating apples and peanut butter after my workouts and run,protein, and fiber 👍 😂 Hope you had a wonderful visit with family and friends 😊
