Still not as good as the Trent 700-900 series. No, there’s nothing wrong with my hearing (Ret’d RAF Aircrew), I do wonder why he reduced N2 on three occasions, maybe they were on a different page in the Performance ODM where a 2 degree difference puts you on the next page 4 degrees hotter/cooler leading to quite different target figures. At least they were paying attention 😅

I’m also kind of obsessed with the fuel pump whine noise too when the 777 is about to pushback idk

During takeoff, this sounds like the 777 GE90 takeoff.

That was an abruptly derate of the engine from Man FLX To/Ga mode to CL
