my mother bought the jeep Cherokee in 2019 but the problem is that before buying the jeep she always drove BMWs from the 80s and 90s. she had to sell it to pay taxes so after a week later she bought the jeep but the problem is she got used to the driving style of a bmw car so that was new for her but the new jeep she bought didn't came with a instruction manual and she got confused bacause of that so i searched for the tatorials about this car and then i saw this video and it helped me a lot. thank you for you uploading this video.

Ps. But thank you for posting it! I do find it useful to " wake up" and stretch a bit and since I no longer have a VHS player, I can't use the tapes I bought years ago!

I purchased this program years ago on VHS . I use this video for timing only as I know this work out by heart, and have added much to it. Years ago I got very skinny while doing this but my job was super physically demanding and non stop at that time. Now that I have a few life altering physical ailments I have had to stop doing the physically demanding work I'm used to, although I still work and run around. As a person w physical challenges, but still able to do much, I find ( as I did before, but then I had time limitations) this work out to be far too basic and not enough for any average person who needs to stay fit. I still do it but I rather make it like a morning getting out of bed stretch routine before I go to a class, as I think it horrifically lacking for anyone who truly wants to be fit in any way.
