ok i got your question so tell me what type of files you are uploading for videos they should have mp4 extensions and for voice overs try to use mp3 extension wav is also accepted by canva please explain your query

@@Bloggerteck The voiceover file I exported in each paragraph separately from PlayHT is wav. I checked and Canva accepts it so I don't understand why my file is getting this error message. I was about to sign for the yearly one but I can't anymore because it's not working for me. It's very frustrating.

@@Ari-jq5mj i got your point you bought the annual subscription of canva but according to me it might be an issue related to playht because i also use wav files on canva i suggest you regenerate one sentence on playht and try uploading that one sentence to canva try if it is working or not this can definitely help you and i can assure you that it’s not a fault of canva it’s something related to playht try this method and let me know

ok so for this we can use transition effects between the clips like when we added blank pages to the timeline we can use transitions for me i use magic move set it to 0.3 sec duration and apply it between all the pages in the blank timeline make sure to add this before adding actual videos from the elements tab like when i create a blank page i will go and add the transition to that blank page and then edit the video try this if you have further questions feel free to ask

yes great point kapil i will make a video tutorial specifically for you to solve this problem for now there is no direct way for each clip so we have to play with the bulk upload feature of canva but thanks for the suggestion
