Technically the crown owns all lands. The landlord only has tenure to use the land he sees fit. The queen or king can anolish the constitution any time and can take any lands or homes to fancy. And with Austrakia being a commonwealth those powers branch to us as well.

Man, Australian values are trash blowing in the wind, but the closest thing I've ever felt to a true honest aussie value is the lawyer taking the kerrigan case gratis because he was asked about his son, and saw a genuine bloke being hard done by

Don't forget the Commonwealth Government snuck in a new law in 1983 called the Commonwealth Act 1983 and the High Court of Australia should of Rejected that New Law that was Snuck in and Bind Freddy could see why that Law was Snuck In and State Rights Issues was the Real Issue and as the Great Casey Ryback said 'Some times you have to Question Authority' and that is what the High Court of Australia should of done and Rejected that new law and Voted for the Building of the Franklin Dam.

Imagine a Postmodernist Judge was sitting in an administrative hearing. Such a Judge will try to invert the power totem pole. So much for seeking the truth.

There are no "Just Terms" in Australia, trust me - I have lived there for 31 years. This is a crooked, corrupt and twisted country where the Federal and High Court Justices the crooks and convicted felons.

As someone who has just completed a tertiary preparatory course for university with one of the subjects being legal studies at a TAFE, this is straight forward & clear. However, it would be beneficial for the students to put in some things that present examples as to put forward some sort of relevance to the topic, such as examples of the rules of evidence & procedure (e.g. hearsay - something heard from someone else who was not witness / privy to the act - joe blog says defendant did the act who heard from anna, who also heard it but did not see it in person - thus hearsay).

Dear Tim, Thank you for you're beautiful voice and exquisite analysis of the Australian Legal System. I hope in a couple of years you become Prime Minister of Australia. Of course Malcolm Turnbull isn't that great and you're pretty cool so why not? Also I think Donald has weird hair and you do not, what I'm trying to say is that you are my hero.
