@Wanda-i5x Yeah! When I bought the lettuce starts I noticed there was already enuf lettuce on them to fill the little plastic container they were selling in the produce department. I meal down!

I use whatever is in the kitchen. LOL I never had sunflower seed oil. I'll try it next time. :0)

Just like any other food, you want it as fresh as possible. Vajra Valli herb is a bit more difficult to find. I will post the website address today after I verify it. 💜

Both parents were diabetics so foods with high sugar content cause issues like candida, yeast infections. So fruit in moderation. RIce, bananas cause an automtic flare up! I gave to eat those very sparingly. Im returning to my green Japanese diet to survive!

Being nauseated and unable to eat is not the desired way to lose weight, but i know intentional fasting and prayer has blessed outcomes. Hang in there!

If your pH is too high, above 7.0, add sulfur to the soil. If it's too low, below 5.5, add lime. Usually, the proportions are on the package. Also, it's good to check your nutrient levels in your soil the same way.

@@kizziesplace @kizziesplace oh awesome! 😊 I didn't purchase a product for this because someone diagnosed my problem and suggested egg shells. I got a diy recipe from here on youtube for calcium acetate. From my understanding, just adding egg shells to plants isn't beneficial because the calcium isn't able to be absorbed immediately. So we'd start that breaking down process by crushing egg shells, lightly toasting them, and letting them soak in vinegar. I hope it's not rude to post the channel. 🙏 it's called Garden like a viking, video titled, Your Plants Need This Calcium.

More sunshine? They love sunshine & if they're not getting enough it will become leggy & not produce fruit. Could also try fertilizer that has a lot of potash, i.e.miracle grow.
