This is the second time you commented on what I posted and I did read the text that you said to study. Yes, we must be born again. Now what is born again? Your body, soul or spirit? And John chapter 3 answers that. The text that you use in the gospel of John explains how we need to keep His words and we do. That way we show the world that we belong to him. The more I read the comment, it seems that you’re saying we cannot sin after salvation according to 1John 3 but that’s interesting because those epistles speak about fellowship with the LORD as it says in the first chapter and chapter 3 can be confusing if you don’t read the whole epistle to get the apostle John was writing. And it’s a little dangerous because you’re saying we don’t sin anymore when we are born again but their is situations where born again Christians have sinned. Example: Peter denying the LORD, the apostle Paul when he wrote chapter 7 of Romans, Lot called just in the epistle of Peter and we know Lot was not the most behaved believer. The man that was committing sin with his dad’s wife in 1Corinthians. That story can explain also on the body being destroyed but the spirit is saved. You also used Romans 6. That chapter speaks not serving sin with our bodies. Their is key words that we have to put in account. Body, soul and spirit. Galatians 5 speaks about works of the flesh that we are believers can still commit and if not repented off we can loose the inheritance that we may get in the judgment seat of Christ. (The judgement seat of Christ is another great study). I can continue on but context is very important. Studying the Bible properly is important too. Pastor David Hoffman has great videos that teach how to study the Bible. I’ll post it here as soon as I get done. You know we Christians are not perfect or sinless. Did you glutinous is a sin? A white lie is a sin? Thinking bad about another person is sin? Gossip is a sin? Til this day everyone not kept all the commandments that the LORD gave us but he granted us grace and mercy to confess those sins. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. (1John 1:8-10)

@@rene_748 The flesh of a really born again Christian doesn’t sin anymore. If you still sin you are not born again.
