Now I need to find if I too can "put my hand down the crack and lift up on the other end". LOL!

Depends on the model. I had the 500 Sport and it didn't have this. (It had different seats to this one. Do you know about the other one within the parcel shelf?

Nope, not all models have that seat. I have the 2013 fiat 500 Pop/sport USA edition and no under seat compartment for either seat. My skepticism stopped me from getting excited but that seat option is pretty sweet.

I can't get the front to lift up on my seat I can feel the clips at the back but can't get the front seat up and don't want to break it?

is that on the fiat 500X also ?

I have 2017 500 E seat not open like that. Its move up and down with lever push down only.

Sadly I dont think the 2013 fiat 500 has that.

Mine has the Bose stereo and it doesn’t have this compartment, I assume it’s because the amp for it is under the passenger seat?
