In reality baring a few , almost all actors of Malayalam cinema have been 'natural' & 'versatile in varying degrees' . For me Mohan Lal is the 2nd best actor from Kerala. Best for me has been an actor named 'Nedumudi Venu' . But he is not so known out side Kerala because of him not being a 'super star' .
The sheer versatility is incomparable. Start camera action and he is transformed into the characters he portrays. Don’t now why he was not awarded the best actor for kireedam ?
