Snorkeling at Captain Cook Monument
Просмотров 51Год назад
Some shaky video that shows a little bit of what you might expect to see here. A pretty amazing spot, though it's also swarmed with people who get shuttled in on big boats. We hiked down a nice trail that was about 2 miles long with 1,300 ft of elevation loss to get to the monument.

They do the same thing for mating calls as well as warding off other males to establish and or defend their own territory as well. Mating only happens around April. The hens lay eggs around May/June. A wonderful bird. And wonderful eating as well.
The alpine butterfly knot is way better :D
what noise? i just hear people talking
Read the video description.
Great love it
What a delight!
A snake 😮
That's the saddest coyote
Diersen, please throw them goddam shoes away. What’s wrong with you? Lol. Tommy
Even the bears are chill in California
You kept calm and the bear yielded
Smart thinking to move off the path for him on the higher side. He liked ur vibes!
I wouldn't turn my back on him.
That bear was all business. Some real “Just let me get on with my day” vibes
You guys are wild! I wouldn’t have said a word.
That bear would bite your ass!
Never force a bear to initiate the conversation.
You're a slippery hitch half!
Slippery, for sure!
You're a slippery half hitch!
I love putting slips in all of my temporary knots.
A classic
LIving the good life!
I invented a "Parallel Guided Power Saw" you can see on you tub. May I have your opinion?
I love this dude. Way underrated. When you got it, you got it. And he does...
Уважаю! Хорошая работа.
Is there a way you could build me one and ill pay you double?
Is there a way you could build me one and ill pay you?
Perfeito. Ótima ideia
What kind of a bit are you using?
Probably a dishing bit. That’s what I used on my sled.

Where baby is... Bear-ware... Mommy is too .
Better be looking behind you to make sure you’re not between it and mama.
We’re you tuned up dawg?
Eat that snake yo
That’s a sick ass bear
Aww heck naw!
I was gonna see about bringing it home so cam could give it to you tomorrow!
As an old draftsman, I am impressed and honored.
I wish my cultures would grow to be this size!
I only hear people talking
You need to listen on headphones or speakers that can reproduce the low frequencies of the bird's call.
Holy, that’s the most dense culture I’ve ever seen, in the wild too. I would have taken a cup full lol
why would you take a cup full to drink it?
@@XSmokeLoreRich For bioactive setups.
I’d love to have a scoop of them too. They keep my vivarium clean and fresh and dartfrogs love to munch them.
Allison Yea they’re great for gardens too, enough of them could be as beneficial as worms. Do you have any social media with your vivarium setup?
can the same be done with electric planer sir?
Is there anyone make a planer sled instead of router? I am not a carpenter but curious
I'm not a carpenter either. More a generalist, and that sounds like a really good idea. And a time saver! Your setup would have to be precise though. The wider the swath you cut on each path, the more exactly "flat" the path will have to be. Lots of room for error with a 1 inch router bit. Not so much with the planer. If someone has an old planer they're not using in Southern California, I'll come pick it up and try to build a planer sled with it.
i saw couple of such diy on utube
is there a way you could build me one and ill pay you?
No, sorry, I cannot.
is there a way you could build me one and ill pay you?
You should save your back attach a long handle to the Router.
👍yeah that,s the ticket we made one that it had a pole attached to it we were flattering bowling alley with it to glue formica to the lanes work great 👍
i was thinking put the router base in channels and mount a toothed belt to 1 side you can then power the router back and forth with a remote motor run the power cord same as router again save your back.
Chris, any chance you might be up for making a "how to" build video for this sled?
what if we hear noises just like this but they only make one "whoop" at a time, wait a few minutes and then make another "whoop"? Is it the same bird?
Looks mighty nice out there!
it was, until it wasn't! ha!
Awesome!!!
Nice footage. What equipment do you use?
That's a GoPro Hero 3+ Looking around, it looks like you can get them for about $100 on Ebay, sometimes even with a bunch of accessories. Still $250 new on Amazon. If I was going to pay that much, i'd get a newer one. This one is a three or four year old model, i think.
