You write your openers on your offical card with your or your coaches signature during weigh-ins. At least that's how it was done when I competed. You may change your openers like he could have opened on a 191 but not 180.

Ohh, you mean after he knew his competition was out, yes absolutely.

You can't lower weights after you post them. If you post a 190 in weigh-in's that's the minimum you're starting with.

I was there for this lift, its czech competition called TOP12 in clean and jerk, and all Marcins lift were really easy. No need to say that he won with big margin. The atmosphere was amazing.
