Part pop. Part noise. All weird. Guerilla Toss is a band you need to hear. Coming out of Boston in the early 2010s, the group shifted from a noisy “free-form” sound into what has to be some of the most interesting indie pop/rock music put out in the past decade. Zach and Pat came across them after management at the radio station gave them an insurmountable task… improve ratings on their graveya...

Billy “The Corn” Cobb makes some truly incredible stuff. His EP “In My Restless Dreams” is what got me into his stuff so I’m more of a new fan but with every song I’ve heard I’ve become more enamored with his incredible work. Despite how varied his stuff is you can truly hear an improvement with each song
We recorded this before Black Hound released so we didn't have the chance to talk about how polished his sound was on it. You nailed it he just keeps getting better and better.
If you really wanted to melt their faces you should've showed them "Séance" or "The Ballad of Count Carl Carl Von Cosel" This was a fun watch though, I'd be glad to do an interview or whatever

im excited to see what you have in store for the next video, i hope this channel continues to grow! i have plenty more interesting and obscure artists up my sleeve if you need ideas haha a few notes: -lowell is pronounced loh-wohl (rhymes with local) -i do actually have a recording of the sound my fridge makes i plan to use lol i also recorded my washer and the loud flourescent light by my apartment complex mailboxes (the latter made it onto a song on the new album) -new album is taking a little longer than i thought it would but it'll definitely be out before this month is over, just doing last minute touches. trying to use everything i've done wrong on past releases as reference on what not to do so i can make sure its actually ready to be released this time! -i believe kate ferencz is pronounced fuh-rentz. idk if you're taking suggestions but it would awesome to see you guys react and talk about her. she's so painfully obscure, sometimes i feel like im her only listener. 'one of these is about you' and 'worldbridger' are my fav albums from her but 'magic pictures' is her most interesting and challenging album

My absolute favorite band, been listening since 2018. My two favorite projects from them are the EPs Smack the Brick and Flood Dosed. Had never heard of the "porn opera" before lol.
