I use it on my air M1 and it works pretty good. CAM with basic strategy good enough but more toolpath needs more power in my opinion.

I am confident you won't do that once you sat on training session with an instructor using AutoCAD for Mac, it's a very clean interface and feels very robust.

Thanks Rui, unfortunately Civil 3D is not available for Mac at the moment, however you can install Parallels if you wish to have it on your Mac. Here are the system requirements for the latest version of C3D. You could get the architecture toolset here’s the Autodesk link www.autodesk.co.uk/products/autocad/overview?term=1-YEAR&tab=subscription Also, we have just tested AutoCAD for Mac on one of our M1 and it is fantastic. We really love the UI.

Hello Miguel, It’s free to try for 30days after that you will need to get a licence, basically pay to be able to use it, the LT version comes with a competitive price but lower capabilities compared to the full version. Here’s a link for you www.autodesk.com/products/autocad-lt/free-trial So the full answer is Autodesk AutoCAD LT is not free.

With the Mac version, no need for windows or parallel desktop. 😎
