Documenting the progression of beginner climber travelling across Australia
Molly v Kalbarri
This is the third episode of a short series documenting my climbing progression around Australia, filmed last year around the west coast of Australia with the aim of teaching my partner Phillip about videography and video editing. I put off finishing this one for a long time because I wasn't happy with my climbing, but there are always highs and lows!
Hope you enjoy!

Magical!
Just found your channel and you have inspired me to learn to lead and climb outdoors more than anything else ever could. Thank you so much for these beautiful videos you have created!
Hello everybody! Please tell me how could I find more information about climbing community in Australia? And which settlements are closest to the rocks (climbing areas)?
So impressed with you in so many ways - well done!!!
so glad I found your channel. I am a girl who loves both surfing and climbing. And I lived in AU for a year visited grampians and blue mountain!, Back then I didn't start either sports, but part of my heart alreay stayed there. Your video is so beautiful, you are sweet and now I dream about visiting again so much to explore in different ways
i stumbled upon ur videos, and my god i am not getting enough, keep it up ❤️
You really do have the most Lyrical and Poetic way of Story Telling...... Phillip is a Blest Man ... And Please Always stay Afraid of Falling.... Be Safe, Be Courageous, and Be You !!!
Another great video! How do you get those top down angles above you as you climb?
This is an awesome video - so relaxing to watch. Keen to see more!

Outstanding
Nice presentation Molly...have you guys thought about exploring/hiking the Kimberley? ⛺ 🏜️
Thanks! Next time we're on the west coast we'd love to go further north!
The drone footage is amazing!
Soooooo sick!
Thanks bro
Happy you're back with another episode! Makes me excited for the season in Northern Europe :)
So beautifully produced, thank you. Captures so much more about climbing than the climbing itself. Keen for surfing videos too!
Molly! You did really good! It takes a LOT to expose yourself to that much air when you have a natural fear of falling. Learning to climb or do anything so precarious is a long term project, not something you master in a year. Make incremental progress for a decade and see where you are and how it served you. Allow confidence and strenght and wits to grow with time as your ally.
Thank you!
Very cool Molly! Loved the beautiful colors and patterns in the rock surfaces! 🙂
Great work on this one 🔥
I hope you have a Happy New Year. Thanks and Be Safe.
Whipper!
Molly one thing all great climbers have in common is the fear of falling. Good luck on your climbing journey. Have a Happy Year.
It is that fear that makes you strong when you conquer it move by move route to route! It is the spice of climbing if you will. All the routes in life that were the scariest are the one’s looking back on bring the biggest sense of accomplishment and smiles.
Uhhh, wrong. Great climbers don't have the slightest fear of falling on sport routes.
You are so inspiring just need to see all you guys get up to Please film as much as you con cheers
Happy New Year! This is a nice gift for us!
I was in Sydney about 20 years ago and the climbing club Sydney Rockies is a really good club to join they were very friendly and had plenty of social activities. Every time you fall and tap your head you need to check your helmet is OK. You will need to look for white stress marks in the plastic. You can't see white stress marks on a white helmet and you can't see anything under stickers. Never buy a white helmet and never put stickers on your helmet.
Well done Molly and Phillip! Keep it up!
Absolutely fantastic!!!!! I hope to see more videos!!!! Amazing footage!!!!!
Thank you!
wonderful vid, beautifully edited.
why the masonic icon? they are so anti! every lying astronaut is a mason, and i could go on all day..
your so cool..
Nice video. I hope to see some more. 😁 If you ever get to the point that you do not have any fear of falling, stop climbing.
