Hannah's swim hasn't been clicking in training so decided to go and see Dave Tonge at Heathwood to get her technique reviewed to see if there were any fixes that will help her swim get back to what it should be

Unfortunately the lane to ourselves didn't last too long but we were pretty lucky most days.
Breath on 3 not 2 Dont lift your head up until you touch the wall Kick kick, kick!!! Whilst i know some may see my comment as untasteful, swimmers, we find respect, determination and push ourselves further from such criticism. We dont give up, we push ourselves and each other together Which is why, swimming is ultimately a team sport 😊 I miss my coach and team pushing me like that
