Recheck the balance wheel jewels, broken/chipped/bent balance pivots. Make sure the end shake of the balance is correct and not too excessive. Check the balance in both static and dynamic poise. Hope this helps! Make sure balance isn't over banking due to an improper mainspring.

Im glad this video appeared on my feed. I have been thinking about getting a pocket watch. I collect vintage watches, but I dont really know where to start when it comes to pocket watches. I am from the uk so pocket watches arent all that uncommon within our online market. Do you have any reccomendations? I would love to get something really nice as just a one off. Any brands that you would consider looking for?
