My room temperature is 35ºc in this time of the year so... You can imagine the stress that my PC is under due high temperatures. This is the behavior of the fan of Asus Strix GTX 1070 on silent mode. You can hear the fan getting on and off several times. PS. From 0% rotation to 38% and adding 10% each time: [0%, 38% (minimum rotation), 48%, 58%, 68%, 78%, 88%, 98%, 100%] The GPU reaches 70ºc playing "The Witcher 3" 1440p (Full Specs) and never got more than 40% rotation on the fan's. Si! Continua sendo la grafica que tengo en mi ordenador. 👍Tengo dos monitores, uno 2k e otro 1080p y aun puedo correr todo en el monitor 1080p. En el 2k bueno... Ya algunos juegos tengo que reducir un poco las especificaciones. Saludos.
@@danialc Entonces es buena! Recién compré una usada que parece estar muy bien y nunca fue abierta, espero cuando me llegue funcione bien, lo mas viejo que tengo en una pc es una ati 5670 hace 12 años y todavia funciona jaja
So i have got rtx 2060 super and have this issue as well like the issue of burnt optic fiber. I even changed the fans to a newer version, didnt help

Hey, somewhere in the beginning i hear a small clicking noise. Is that your psu? because mine does that too and i'd like to know if it's normal
The "clicking noise” on the video it's just me… Changing the settings of the fans (on the software). One other “clicking noise” that I ear inside my PC case, is due to the sound card. You may try this if you use some kind of software (usually you do) to manage settings of the speakers and change from 5.1 (in my case) to headphones. The computer (soundcard) tries to detect the impedance of the headphones and does some "clicking noise”! This can be heard also when windows finishes the boot process.

Turn on? They should be on automatic setting. But you can define which profile you want to use on the software of the GPU (I don't recall the name of the software I think it's: "Asus GPU Tweak II") on that software you can select the profile you wish and use custom settings where you can change manually the speed of the fans.

You know what 👍 loudness is the best for Gamers. Perfect Air flow is 10 times Better the the water cooling. Air flow is best.

I have an Asus gtx 1060 3gb and it's fans are ridiculously loud as well in comparison to the Gigabyte GTX1060 6GB on my primary pc and the old Gigabyte GTX660.
To anyone best 1070 on the market and msi.

I prefer 2 bigger fans.MSI or Palit are quiter.Palit has really low temps.

WTF ... iam happy i bought a GTX 980 Ti Strix because my card is so much quieter than this . How much RPM was that?
Krieger987 Hi! I answer that in a previous comment. I recall that this is user mode changing the voltage manually until reach the max rpm.

I have this card. At 55% its at 2000 RPM roughly. I can hear it on but its not bad. I did have it turned up to 65% and its was a bit louder. At full throttle it was very loud. Gaming at full load I don't allow it to go over 55-60% and the temp does not rise above 60-63 degrees Celsius. That big heat sink on the card really cools this card well. Note: My case is a Corsair 450D and I don't hear much noise coming from it. I will sacrifice performance for less noise and this GPU is not loud.

That it's impossible to answer as that depends on the temperature of the video card. The fan's only work when the video card gpu is being used and it increases the temperature. They can even be (all three) stopped.

Not that I am aware of! Only hear the coil whine in my PSU.
La maxima temperatura que llego fue de 70c ? y junton con eso la velocidad de ventilador fue de solo el 40%? saludos.
he acabado de jugar un poco al juego "witcher 3" en 1440p (es de noche y la temperatura no esta muy alta en la habitacion, ahun asi quando encendi el ordenador el CPU se puso de imediato a 38ºc la grafica a unos 43ºC) y la maxima temperatura que la grafica estuvo fue de 68ºC e las RPM en 1800rpm, un poco mas que 40% es cierto!

Estuve revisando y averiguando y es la fuente, el llamado relevador o relay
Boris S. Bueno es la primera vez que oigo hablar de eso. Pero le aseguro que no hay ruido de ese tipo en la gráfica. Mi motherboard Asus Ranger VIII hace unos clicks pero es solo al ligar el ordenador y qd enchufo unos cascos para el sonido. Es algo que le permite configurar mejor el tipo de output para el dispositivo de sonido presente en el ordenador.
