Sounds like they fed you, flew you there, and was free based on this review of The Blox? I hear it’s $3000-$4500 you have to pay to be on the show, what tv show makes you pay to appear? 60 people at $3k is $180,000 they made.

Also, your point on the business side of things is good. For about 20 years, I did everything myself, including bookkeeping, business taxes, my website, teaching and lesson planning, and concert coordination. Then, I began hiring teachers and writing books and music. And I'm growing. I need to let go and hire an accountant and an administrator. It's hard to let go of my many hats, but I must in order to grow functionally and excellently.

I appreciate your practical tips and the reminder to always go before God to seek His guidance. "Lord, what do you want me to do today?" It's so easy to go ahead of God. But the beauty and order of things Gd's way is beneficial!

Loved how straight to the point this episode was and giving practical tools. Looking forward to how to 'decide' as you say, marketing the business is so crucial. I went freelance last year April. Then March of this year started a part time job to subside my income. Thankfully, I have an understanding boss who gives me space to focus on my creativity. But a lot of us creatives have to have a part-time something. So wondering what you mean by decide? I am a writer, dramaturg, workshop facilitator and work across theatre and film. I recent did a workshop and wasn't happy with my presentation. It was a new field for me, in the importance of organisations centering youth voice. But I am trying to best myself about it. And my colleague who employed me hasn't said she wasn't happy with it. She actually was pleased to have me on the team. I am growing my RUclips channel more about beauty and Christian lifestyle because I do feel called to share my journey as a Christian and be a big sister to some. I think this would be a good stream of income. I want to start another channel focused on movie, Theatre, writing commentary. To grow my audience as a writer/creative. Just adding this, since you asked, what we're doing. 😊

Guys..I just got back from season 14. It is well worth every pennie. First off..the $4000..is for 7 days, u get ur own Room, 3 meals per day, meeting great networking, excellent traning, and alot of awesome ithe benefits, so if think ur suppose to go free, then ur on the wrong earth! This is the BEST experience.. I loved it. ❤

Hi 👋, I know God showed me your video because I received an email from "The Blox" from out of the blue. I feel The Holy Spirit leading me to apply so I did and was chosen for Phase II completed the video interview today. I am an Entrepreneur and Actress so when I heard that "The Blox" was a MTV show I was super excited 😀 I feel that God is going to use this experience to bless my acting career, I will keep you posted. Most Sony cameras don't turn off after a set time.. That's usually a Cannon thing for example I use a ZVE-10 and that goes for as long as the batteries last.. U should get Dummy Batteries for your cameras they'll run un interuppetd with a Dummy Battery
