As Norwegian I can confirm some people in Norway has a sauce phobia and they put ketchup on everything, and I cringe everytime. However I have never seen it on a taco before. I thought the other sauces/salsas were more than enough, but I guess not 😂 A thing we do in our family is to add the cheese to a warm tortilla first before the warm meat, so the cheese gets a little extra time to melt while you're building your wrap.

I'll try almost anything even the red onion as oppose to the milder white onion and even the cucumber but the ketchup, plant based meat, organic torts are a little much for this Mexican American who's married to a Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian woman who's learned to cook pretty good Mexican over the years. I will say that you can make a taco anything you want it to be even if it looks more like a wrap. Glad you embrace it.
