As a platform where star chefs who achieved international reputation can share their career stories, techniques and interpretations of cuisines, Gastromasa, is an international event that builds bridges between the world and Turkey. In addition to being informative for local and foreign firms, speakers, visitors and all participants, Gastromasa has also have a major role in cultural promotion. The most satisfying success of the conference is to see the products from Turkish cuisine in the best restaurants in the world and putting Turkish cuisine on the world gastronomy map. We hope that the Gastromasa would be informative, thought provoking and worthwhile for everyone. Our primary goal is to bring together international chefs with high knowledge and Turkey’s professionals under one roof, in an open dialogue to learn and discuss our differences.
