My greatest experience with whiskey was the old glendronach allardice 18 and it was fantastic. Time to move on and my first glenallachie was 15 year old oloroso. I have a bottle I am saving and I have ordered one of each in this series here. I'm most looking forward to the Olorosso. saving this experience to my birthday that is very soon. thanks for all the good whisky

Im a big Fan of GA because of Billy. I loved what he did in GlenDronach and I'm expecting he will take GA to new heights

I thought it was 43 but I guess 46 as Billy says is the ideal. Plus when you drop too low and into 40s the liquid does not hold the complexity for a long time once opened is my understanding.

This looks incredible! Oh how I would LOVE to gift my fiancé this whole range. I’ve been watching reviews all day trying to figure out which whiskey I am going to buy for his birthday. I was between glenallachie 12 and GlenDronach 12. I think I’ll go with the glenallachie 12, the general consensus seems to be that people prefer the slightly higher proof and that it’s natural colour and non chill filtered. As far as I’ve learnt, GlenDronach has taken the non chill and natural colour statement off of their bottle which is upsetting many whiskey enthusiasts. I’m a super newbie. I cannot wait to surprise my partner and to try this whole range. Cheers to the two of you. I live in South Africa but your accents remind me of my late great grandpa, very lovely and nostalgic.

Beautiful whisky, the three things that Billy Walker won't compromise with. Non chilled filter, natural color and 46 ° minimum.
