I have a request to the company's service specialist. I use two air conditioners model Srk-zsx25. They worked very correctly until a moment. Something happened with the automatic speed of the fan, at 26°C on the remote control in the room it is 22°C. If I set it to 4 speed the fan reaches somewhat these degrees. I tried dango to calibrate via the button on the indoor unit. I held it somewhere around 30-40 seconds. Then I heard Pipi twice and the timer light started flashing. I called the MHI representative office for Bulgaria. They came but they did not report that there is any problem. They said that they do not understand the software of the machine so they come from the factory in Thailand. I tried turning off the air conditioner and the remote control. It was turned off for more than 24 hours. If there is any setting or somehow I can return it to the previous way of work, I will be infinitely grateful to you. With love: Petar Kostov.
