And when you integrated for the second time or integrated the equation again, the equation is T(x) = C1x+C2. You will not have the "x" in the equation. The equation is T = C1x+C2.
there in the Fourier's equation the -ve sign to the K becomes positive when the (T2-T1) changes to (T1-T2) hope this is helpful for the people who didn't understand how the constant K became +ve from -ve . So the equation is Q = KA(T1-T2)/L. T2<T1

I believe your equation 2 is incorrect. The denominator should be ln(R1/R0) ... perhaps I'm just not understanding your subscripts
Brett Levine The denominator is ln(r0/ri). It's the ratio of outside radius to the inside radius. Only then the Q can be positive.
