Even if those with student loans had to go through a chapter 13 style payment program based on income with the remaining balance being discharged in 3 to 5 years along with the other unsecured debts. Next have the colleges or trade schools have to cosign all student loans, holding them responsible for worthless degrees and the people that cannot even graduate not the taxpayers.
