I’ve just subscribed……MORE VIDEOS PLEASE 🙏 🙏🙏🙏 They are perfect for me as I’m plus sized and I’ve had 2 ruptured brain 🧠 aneurysms and my blood pressure isn’t under control, so when I can’t do any outside walking for exercise (I live in Australia and am heat sensitive) these are excellent for the health of my body and brain 🧠. The result of 2 separate craniotomy’s has left me ok physically and cognitively but the cost is a decline in my mental health, so there’s another plus your videos are for my wellbeing and I thank you again for taking the time and effort to make these videos and look forward to you making more of them😊😊
