@@chinoandhomeboy well this is Division game, not like in reality where he will get the right range and call the shots... In this game he/she will paint the targets with spotter device, position behind covers having the sniper right behind and make rogues come out... And also defending the sniper from elite NPCs, as the sniper is flimsy like a piece of paper. And if you have a Spotter doing that, you can diversify your sniper build, by using the big shield [replacing the scanner pulse] and Regulus. If surprise at least you have a chance to blast them, with 700K dmg + the headshot dmg.

You are absolutely correct: the Lady Death is a beast of a weapon. Chino likes using it, despite its low magazine capacity, because if nothing else, it forces him to be more accurate. The huge damage numbers are definitely a plus (from the stacks). Chino has a build he calls “Evil Ernie” that gives the Lady Death 46 bullets per mag-more than enough to burn someone down with full stacks.

We’re big fans of the build, Bro. One of the few builds out there in the Div 2 space that works as advertised. Homeboy loves it; It even inspired Chino to make an SMG version of it. GGs, @Hook_em1108!

I run this build as well in the DZ, and have every piece almost maxed out, and optimized to 11... I think I just have to come to the conclusion that I suck at PVP. I run the all blue version. Every piece has 170K armor and I am at 1.9mil armor. I have like 58% CC and 160% CD. I get dropped like immediately.. Its usually me fighting Rogues at check points. The decoy is a huge advantage.. I am usually looking at the decoy when out of nowhere they pop out and lay me out in 2 seconds flat. I have over 6k hours in Division 1 and 1600 hrs in Division 2 now.. I can run almost any PVE content by myself. PVP is truly an art. (When your not cheating) Respect to you guys that do it. Would love to get even a little bit better at it!

@stsairsoft6073 Pvping is different, it's easier being in a group. But to me what separates pvpers are the the ones who are TRUE soloist. Those who go into the DZ alone, flagging rogue and fighting multiple dudes. That is when you truly see what you and your build are about.

yeah plus the "med-kit push" advantage of this specialization over others....altho i love also Technician for the 1 skill tier and the talent to be immune to jammer or shock if you use a hive or turret.

@@graphosencrenoir4006 Most people talk mostly about the firewall medkit but when enough chc one can bump up to 20% chd with weapon mods alone 10+5+5. That's why i've mention it. Adding the % of the improvised Gear and strained and this build gets to something like 230% chd im talking about how Hookem set up the build, 176% chd without strained stacked and im pretty shure that he has that 10% mod on. I've set up mine exactly like him according to an older video.

@@chinoandhomeboy Got it, in the video he says that he uses the same skills as Hook, pulse and decoy, with gunner he gains ammo but looses 10% chd. Easy fix is to have 2 variations of the samedi build, one with firewall and one with technician and booster hiver. Swap from firewall to technician build if fighting status. I like this build, it hits like a truck 👍

Also i replace that Uzina with Chillout mask, because now my health is 700K and i have one mod more...better than Uzina piece ... As backup weapon i use RPK or Bnashee...depend of enemies...but primary is the king Capacitor, with 2 reds and 6 skills tier is strong as fuk.

Unbreakable can ruin a perfect shot. Unbreakable is one of the reasons Homeboy makes sure his MMR damage is at minimum 10M. He figured out the PvP multiple for an MMR is .26.

@@chinoandhomeboy I dropped a player last night in the DZ from the Check point, 2.6 million headshot with a Mantis. I will say they were on the end and of the full damage amount from the Mantis and Decoy. I was using a P.R. Headhunter Vigilance, 3 peice Yahaal gloves mask and holster are the named ones. I really annoying the shit out of player's with this build.

@@seanclark9258 ever since they buffed the revivie hive it has been frustrating, but you know what, I'm glad. It makes the PvP more interesting, and remember, once they use that hive, they gotta wait a good hot minute before they can use it again😉

Think so? Chino plays on PC, but he still uses a controller because he’s usually too lifted to be bothered to learn m&k. That first guy was most likely using a m&k, though.

Yeah, I’d say that it’s viable. All things being equal, a controller player would be at a distinct disadvantage going against a mouse and keyboard player; however, a controller player can mitigate the hardware limitations he might have by playing smartly. Cheers! -Chino

Can't take complete credit. We have to give @hussamtheevil9484 credit for that one. It was his one shot PvP sniper build that inspired it.

@@chinoandhomeboy in his original video he used 2x Hotshot and 1x Breakpoint...but actual the build is much better with just 1x Hotshot and 2x Breakpoint pieces. The stability on Mantis is almost 100%, rock steady to collect headshots !

@@chinoandhomeboy this build is like a "one hit wonder" ...as some use the classic sniper build and still can get it work like this one, so efficient !

@@graphosencrenoir4006 they do, but the one Homeboy uses is 100% Pulse resistant, and past 65m his nameplate rarely shows up, so he can sit at 90m and take multiple shots at players before he has to relocate.

Homeboy uses headshot damage all around. However, he prioritizes Marksman Rifle damage over headshot damage so that the headshot damage multiplier is higher. You’ll notice on some headshots he does over 3M damage
