What does high tide mean? If a player uses monored and casted a creature then the mana color for the creature will have blue therefore the player wont be able to cast it since its monored?

The thing I've seen throughout card game like MTG, pokemon, one piece etc is with more cards in packs tends to be the more cards in a pack, the more box commons you get. In most cases there will only ever be a couple cards you want which are the rarer cards at the end, and the rest are basically filler/not worth much.
