I've lived what I talk about. My experiences include twice sailing around the world. The first time on the BT Challenge and the second time with my family team with my wife and three children.
At work, I’ve been a CFO, a Director at KPMG and as an entrepreneur, I’ve built and sold a tech business for a 7 figure sum.
I'm a Best Selling Bloomsbury Author and in writing, my recent book "Be More Human - Rethinking the rules of high-performance teamwork, I’ve been on a journey to research, interview, and learn from some of the most successful leaders globally.

Not practical when you have people and animals that depend on you. Sometimes there are sacrifices you need to make for the other people in your life. We are also limited by our resources. If I want to go travel 12 hours away to see the milkyway (away from light pollution) I need a dependable car (takes money), I am also leaving behind my kids & pets and job that supports us (takes time & energy). So while I would love to drop it all right now and go see the milky way in the middle of nowhere, its not feasible right now, so yes one day I will do it. I must live like that.
I wonder what our ancestors would think of us. Bunch of sissies, or bunch of lunatics.
I dont think any of those people have to worry if they are real men. Even the women if there are any.....cant tell.

how do you do that?
By first listing down the actual things you want, the personality you want to shift into- Then take small steps towards it And in everything you do , be mindful be present - for eg if you're drinking water, just drink water don't let your mind think recurring thoughts- focus on the task you're doing at the moment which will eventually lead to slow intentional living
