In the reserve where we stayed our main concern was leopard 🐆 that were coming over from the adjoining Kaingo Reserve - and we saw their footprints .. But it really was good to walk in the Bush and enjoy nature in Africa.. Highly Recommended.. Wishing you both an amazing New Year and hoping we can catch up properly in 2025

@CooksExplore 17 hrs, I'm guessing that will be Perth. We spent 5 weeks in Australia in September/October but we didn't do Western Australia.

Good guess but we touch down in Buenos Aires for a trip of a lifetime and a chance to tick off one of our most difficult travel goals .. Hope you had a great time down under ..on the list for 26 ..

Thank you for watching - It’s appreciated! .. And we’ve found Malta to be a good value destination this year both on a cruise and a holiday stay .. Certainly eating out, experiences, museums etc are really good value and were cheaper than Spain Italy and France for us this year. Accommodation is comparable with other Western Mediterranean countries we’ve found. But as a place Malta is something very special! Hope you get to go there soon and see for yourself .. Thx again

Thank you for watching and how exciting that you are heading to wonderful Alaska ! And your question is a tough one and a lot depends on what you want to achieve on the land portion of your trip. What we would say is that Alaska’s interior is vast and you can travel for hours without seeing a settlement. Our phone signal was also patchy in places too. We got a good taster of Alaska’s interior on our tour but wished it was longer with longer stops in the various towns. These itineraries were available to book but at the time of booking we were not sure what to expect. If you are looking to visit the same places that the land tours go to then either a longer land tour or even train travel could be a good option. But if you are looking to explore away from the main destinations then self exploring is the only to do it. Hope this helps and sure you’ll have an amazing trip and make wonderful memories.

Hi - Thx for watching - It’s a big port complex and there are a range of shops there as well as a taxi rank. Outside were a number of taxi drivers offering trips as well as the usual bank of coaches collecting passengers for cruise line excursions. Hope this helps

We were on a B&B basis so ate out in the evenings and there are so many restaurants very close by and we never had a bad meal.. Our food at breakfast was great… no complaints and the hotel had a nice atmosphere too.. Hope you have a great holiday .. We love Malta !
