Wow ! That’s really poor of Newmarket! They offer holidays all around the world and if you send people to far flung places you have got to be able to support them when problems arise ! They seem to have failed in this in both our cases. We found their complaints handling procedures also wanting and they seem to push us to making a complaint to ABTA .. We found this lack of concern for us as customers particularly troubling.. Thank you for watching and sharing your experiences.

We did the motorcycle and sidecar excursion on that cruise and have done quite a few of the other trips mentioned on previous trips.. but hey thanks for watching

Thanks again for watching - Mosquitoes are an issue but thankfully this is a very low risk malaria area .. There are spiders but we never had any problems at the lodge .. Si did get bitten on the plane home with a spider bite though that needed attention when we got back.. All OK now.

Thanks for the additional context…Explorer is an older ship. Which MSC ship did you sail on ?

Thx for watching .. Appreciated .. Glad your experience on MSC was good. We know they can be but we are sure that if you’d had been on this sailing you’d be feeling differently. And that’s the thing with MSC they are inconsistent. Marella are often criticised for their focus on fun. The ships are old and the food never amazing but occasionally better than average. But they are consistent in what they deliver and if you sail with them, you know what you’re getting. Thx again

Meals and drinks included in air fare .. they publish menus on the airline website and you can use your booking ref to access these .. hope this helps
