How can I configure it to where it is set to certain vehicles such as BCSO siren to BCSO vehicles?
I've turned local_override to false however i'm still getting my client sided sirens instead of the custom ones, I've got no errors showing up in relation to my sirens, how do I fix this?
So what would be the faction for fire? Just fire or the vehicle name?

does this no longer work? ive gone through the whole tutorial three times, starting fresh all 3 times and all i get at the end is the little beeps of me turning on and off my sirens but no actual siren sound. ive searched every forum i could find on a solution but did not find a single helpful solution.
this still works. its likely either an issue with the audio files you are using or your configuration files
@@bjdubb I am having the same issue. Is there a size limit to the awc file generated?
@@buckfinly4006 i wouldn’t recommend having an awc larger than 12mb. if it gets to that size, try splitting it up into different soundsets
See my reply to bjdubb... awc file size was my issue. Attempting to gauge max size now
Successfully loaded a siren resource with a little over 800kb worth of audio. If there's any logical cutoff, I'd assume it's something like 1mb.

I dont get why sirens dont work for my custom vehicles. where do I go to make it so the sirens work for all police cars? seems when I simply spawn in car police the sirens work there but thats a ugly default police car and id like sirens to work on my custom addon vehicles. how do i do that?
Are they NON ELS
For luxart they have to be nonels

As the Dude that painstakingly ripped through the .dat54 system back in the day because some peeps thought "20-40 Dollars for 4 Extra Server-Sided Siren Slots is a completly sane price" i love to see what point we reached! Yeah SAS is Pretty Clunky and not beginner Friendly so i love it even more to see such easy Tools so more people can dip their feet into GTA V Soundbanks! Keep up the good work! Love to see what you cook up in the future! Would love to see the implimentation of other sound-types aswell so you could impliment serversided sounds for more local events like Handcuffs Clicking, Bodycam activations and so on or other ambient sounds.

It is also working on non ELS Vehicles.

yo bro i need some help basically i unbinded lvc keybinds not too long ago but now no servers have it in settings -> keybinds -> fivem so i cant bind it so it doesnt work please help

Can you make a set for fivem like not server sided but the one only u can hear if that makes sesne like a sound pack
So you want client side sirens? If that's the case you would just install them normally like you would for single player. It'll work once you load into a FiveM server but only you will be able to hear them.
Hey, so after I did everything, when I load the vehicle then there is no sound, I can hear the clicks that I actived the siren, but theres no sound..

This is a great tutorial, I used this to install Server Sided Sirens in my Test Server. I am trying to install 2 separate sirens, 1st set is "FireTruck Sirens" and the 2nd set is "Police Vehicle sirens". Should I be generating two separate FiveM Servers resources from SirenSharp? I have tried one resource for both sirens together, but only one of them works, always. Please let me know If I am missing anything. Thank you!
you should be able to create different siren sets in the same resource. make sure both of them are working on their own first and then combine them. if you need more help, feel free to jump into the discord

@@bjdubb okay so say I wanted all my fire trucks to have the custom sirens and that file I made for Ambulance would I use that and vice versa for the custom police cars I have as well ?

Is there a maximum file amount or file size limit in one of these resource? Like, can I have 50 sounds in the awc without any issues and have you tested it?
I haven’t tested the extent of the awc files yet. You can look through some GTA V awc files and see what the limits are for you. Alternatively, you can just create multiple awc’s
@@bjdubb I ask because the server sided sound and sirens resource you mentioned has a limit of 7 different departments due to GTA5 limitations. I believe it was 6 wav's per awc and 7 awc's max.
