Why? Riot isn't going to buff darius because you can get punished for going all in with no map awareness

As a darius top player... darius is like the anti-bully... anyone who wants to contest his space gets dunked on... which is lore thematic as darius is some undefeatable warrior from noxus with mystically durable armor and a mystically lethal axe from the black rose. Champs like jax, sett etc have to really outplay with their abilities and macro... cause if they dont or if darius outplays them they get dunked on... ranged top and mobile top are the darius players biggest problems cause they can lane without contesting you, and leave you little room to outplay them either and take free damage here n there especially with good wave control... And if they can also outscale and beat you 1v1 at some point it becomes extra opressive cause usually darius has an early advantage but champs like vayne or quin nullify that and also outscale darius with items. Darius kinda needs to exist cause if he didnt there wouldnt be anything to check a true juggernaught like morde, or to define a bar of power and potential for skirmishers and brusiers of other kinds. Darius being darius in his simple giga chad stat checking form is what makes other fighters like gwen so damn fun and technically rewarding... cause without that darius baseline gwen has no reason to have her W work the way it does with immunity, or a dash... or % max HP true damage... on Q... or a repeating, slowing, ranged ult that stacks her %hp true damage... She has all her cool shit cause darius is darius and demands she have tools to play around his fundamental power level. Darius and garen the OG examples of what true brusier toplaners should be...
