apart from the silly "inflating the floor tom" bit, which unnecessarily broke the flow for a couple of milliseconds, this was an absolutely impeccable drum solo, the accuracy around the toms without even a hint of hitting the rims was sublime. He makes Thomas Lang look positively artless, even though he, too, is an accuracy demon!

This is a real drum solo. I can't explain why but it is. I frequently tell people I hate drum solos. What I've learned is that I hate people who try to do drum solos

Я - старый барабанщик с консервативными взглядами, и очень уважаю таких музыкантов, как Бонэм, Пэйс, Филлипс, Биссонетт... Но вот молодые драммеры тоже очень радуют. Этот парень отлично отстраивает инструменты, звук сухой, высокий и очень отчётливый. Это не просто примитивная демонстрация навыков и техники ( кои, безусловно, на высоте), это - музыка. Особое удовольствие от мастерского использования сплэшей и чайны. Кайф!
