can you tell me what the tool is called that you are using to carve on the birch?

I started making custom purses years ago and got out of it a few years ago and thinking of getting back into it again. Being a 6 foot disabled Marine I've had alot of customer's buy from me because It was made by a man and I custom made purses with materials sent to me and repaired handbags etc.. but got overwhelmed because some people want Walmart prices and don't understand the labor involved in producing an item especially when it was onevof a kind unique. Love this idea. I been dreaming of sowing custom clothing and items for a few decades. Love to learn and do some custom clothing for myself for ruff stuff long term wear in BushCraft.

A very good product. So far I've only tried the regular meatballs but I plan on trying other items soon.
