Hi I recently purchased Dream Catchers kit and online courses. I've watched this video about 5 times and I'm confused. Please help me understand so I know what your new Buzz word actually means. Is Dream Catchers hair bleached/stripped? I'm assuming it has to be to have all of the different levels of shades and colors available so How does Dream Catchers remi full cuticle hair still have a full cuticle if its been stripped/bleached? Virgin hair is full cuticle but once you bleach it it isnt full cuticle. Help. Please. Thank you.
