PRL HV catted downpipe, muffler delete and loop delete

@@blownheadgasket_ have you tried just using stock downpipe, with vibra reso and no muff? i just got my si 2024..dont wanna pull out everything lol

I shift early when I am not doing spirited driving. Right now the car has 28 mpg since ownership. I will update you when i check my mpg per 2 weeks (every tank refill).

I have the High Volume Down Pipe from PRL

@@blownheadgasket_ sorry, I'm not very familiar with that downpipe. Does the DP have a catalytic or the is it catless?

Basically yes. Initially I had a straight piped setup (no res, no mufflers) but it was too droney. So I added the vibrant resonator to make it tolerable

I think it is worth the price if you are getting it for MSRP (i got mine for MSRP).

A well set up wrx sti (like what my friend drives) is for sure a better car all around. He complains about understeer on track tho. I don’t experience any understeer on my Si around the track (tires up to temp).

It’s got no drone with the vibrant ultraquiet resonators now 👍🏿

I think this is a great car for its price (i got mine MSRP around 30k CAD). A really good daily driver, it’s got really good technology and also a really good track car. Mechanically and grip wise it’s really good on the track and back roads. I think dealership mark ups makes the car harder to obtain esp if you can get a faster used car in the same price. With the likes of Rob and TSP there’s a bright future for this platform. Glad to hear you are enjoying your 11th gen as well! 😁

It’s insane with good tires. I use Yokohama Advan Apex tires on my 22 and it feels incredible in the corners

@@blownheadgasket_ I got the same car, I wanna grab ktuner and put tsp stage 1 on it but I'm hesitant. I've read these engines can blow up with any additional power.

@@natemac4092 engines do not blow up if you modestly increase the power, update 300hp ish. The biggest concern is that there is a possibility of clutch slippage at north 270 whp. There are a lot of 11th gen Si that is getting tuned now and are reliable.

​@@blownheadgasket_these tuners have also replaced their head studs to ensure reliability.

I will probably wait for the warranty to run out before i get it tuned or do something with the engine

I used the GoPro Suction Cup Mount. I mounted it on the sunroof and shifted it to the passenger side to mimic a passenger POV.

I have the PRL High Volume Downpipe installed

Cabin noise is about the same as the 10th. I have only been to a 10th Type R tho. There is fake exhaust same as previous gen Type R but it's mellow. I stopped noticing it after installing the PRL Downpipe and modifying my exhaust.
