It happens. These machines are not fool proof and things can go wrong. But, it's started to happen much much more often after forced DSI implementation throughout the government and country.

I'm all for gender equality and women power and all that. However, some task, such as handling and using weapons of war or actually fighting a war, demand that selection be made on very strict and rigorous criteria. Sure women deserve to be given a chance. But it is necessary to ensure that overall chance of victory for the country is given greater importance over doing justice to gender based social issues. A lady becoming the President or Prime Minister is one thing but a lady being entrusted to take a bullet or fire them while guarding the nation's border are not one and the same thing.
