put in a rc car
does this work the other way around if u attach a vacuum on the exhaust?
This is so sick !
Can you make a v8 version? This is incredible
I saw this video when you first posted it I figured I would try to make one of my own, but I just cannot get it to run for the life of me and I don’t know why. Is there any way I could get your stl to take a look at or could I send you mine?
Nice design.
ammmmaaazzziiinnggggg😯👌👌👌👌
Whats a lave?
Are the plans out???
Pls post stl files for this
In theory if it can run on water can it run on actual gas?
i love how you made your engine but i also really like engines and it would be really helpful if you added a link to the files its alright if you cant.
Files?
Dude your skills are just amazing.. I have nothing more to say that sick… honestly! Your style of work is also very clean, I love it! Just one question: what kind of screws to you use for the tiny parts? (conrod bearing etc) And try to implement o- rings and a cylinder sleeve! Me and a friend designed an engine that is so efficient, that it can run on a single 1.5L bottle on 4 bar for at least 3 minutes :D While powering a generator for example
Can we please guy the files? This is amizinga😊
OMG O_O i need that O_O do you sell the files?
Awesome, needs a head gasket, print one out of tpu…
Great work!
Thank you!!
I’ve seen many 3d printed 2 stroke engines but nothing like this, truly incredible. This inspired me to start an attempt at a something similar. Was am curious on how much testing this took to get working as well as it does?
Can someone explain the valve design to me. No morving parts!? Im a bit confused but want to try and designe one myself. Also are these threads printed or made with a thread tap.
Are these files available for download?
You could try to make a car for that now
Stay tuned!
Can't wait to see the v12 of this lol
Stl files?
which is the lathe you are using? which brand?
how do i download?
can i get an stl of this?
2 stroke 0.5 cc
Really nice valve design, it resembles a bit the way brass instruments pistons work
0:46 your what?!? 🤯
Come on man, we all know your trying to show us your mewing rizz 8:17
Ehhh but where are spark plugs?... That's compressed air motor.
Я хотеть 3д модель этот двигатель. Автор молодец!
How can I model this engine or get the stl files
Fantastic engine, and nicely presented video. I'm interested in some of your design choices. Why not use helicoil threaded inserts?, to get some preload on the cylinder head bolts. Also, what is the piston material, POM? Have you considered eliminating the piston gudgeon pin entirely, similar to some oil-free air compressor motors? Subscribed!!
This is beautifully done. Amazing concept. How many iterations did it take to actually function properly? Would you be willing to share the files? I would probably pay for them ti be honest. I would love something about 4x the size as that, but it would help to get the dimensions and placements properly. Such an amazing little engine. You have great content!
What lathe is this? Very interested
Nice project, how to get sources?
What software did you use to model this?
Hello, I use Solidworks
This the most genius and simplest engine design I ever seen, made on 3D printer and it sounds good
I would love to see this used to power a glider… a little soda bottle or maybe a small carbon fiber tank for higher air capacity. Would be like a modern Air Hogs glider but with a much cooler sounding pneumatic motor.
Hey, are you planning on releasing the files? I have an idea to put it (a bigger Version of it) on a scooter
Nice engine, but you can do MUCH better. I don't know if the tolerances you gave grants you an air tight seal, but still, for the choices you took it's a pretty neat engine. I would suggest you to check the seals between the head and the block because they are leaking ( 7:40 if you want to know what i'm referring to), and to put a rotary seal around the extremes of the crankshaft, so the oil will not leak outside if the engine will be on one side.
Very nice project!
okay... but please tell me how the f it was running on water, when water doesn't compress? I see some leaking out of the head around the O-ring. Is the rest of the water just pushing past the sidewall of the piston and going through holes for the transfer ports? Is the bottom end completely filled with water because of the lack of piston rings? Thanks for any answers.
It’s hydraulic.
Finally someone who cares about simplicity. Really Great Design. Where can i find the files?
Hello, I'm glad you like the design! about the files, (copied from another reply to someone else) I don't share my files at the moment. In the future I will make them available to viewers, but I need to figure out the best way to do that. I'd like to make them available for a small cost to support the channel. I appreciate that people want to be able to build this themselves.
@@PolyProject3Dcould consider utreon or hell, even onlyfans (since it wasn’t made for pron originally) 😂 if the biggest concern is theft/piracy of the files, I mean…I get your hesitation for sure, but it’s just gonna come with the territory. If your price is fair, you won’t have too much problem I don’t think. Alternatively, you could start a small business selling the 3D printed parts as kits or assembled products or work with someone who already has a storefront and 25 printers to scale with demand quickly and can make them sign an NDA. Either way, you’ve got something that people want with these designs, especially with the lathe and transmission. You deserve to get paid for your work, but just be aware that the cost of doing business is the loss of revenue to things like piracy. Even if you go the physical route, someone could just reverse engineer the thing. Business is nasty; hope you figure it out though mate, you’ve got that it factor and I hope to be able to pay you for your contributions one day 🤙🏼
Which kind of torque the engine has? Just a "grab the flywheel with your fingers to stall" would be interesting to see.
hello, At 20 psi, I can stop the flywheel with my hand
