The basking shark (Cetorhinus maximus) is the second-largest living shark and fish after the whale shark. It is one of three plankton-eating sharks, including the whale and megamouth sharks. Typically, basking sharks reach 7.9 m in length. They are usually greyish-brown, with mottled skin, and the inside of the mouth is white.

I was out teaching today, so I went for a short session during the break. I was so energized 🤪🤪🤪 and the whole ride was a meditative mix of adrenaline and flow. And yes, speed😂 an average of 38,6 km/h. Thanks to Hattvika Lodge, Norrøna, eFoil Riders Würzburg, and Nordfjord Aktiv.

Hattvika Lodge, outdoor rooted. With a little detour, I went to the local top of Nonstinden 🏔️, and what fantastic condition for a hike on the last day of the year. Thanks to Norrøna, Norrøna Hvitserk, and Eisbär.

What is the name of that cool device!!?? How long will it go on a charge? Was it a tough learning curve? I'm 66 years young and wondering if it's possible for me to do.
It is an eFoil (electric hydrofoil) and the learning curve is really fast. And yes you need some balance 🤪.

Why the crash helmet?
I am riding, teaching, giving courses and guiding eFoil tours, and I would never go out with guests who don't want to wear a helmet or a life jacket. The injuries I have seen are no joke, so all those nice clips of men or women in bikinis on the eFoil without a helmet or a life jacket is a no go for me and my guests.
