SIR IF THE EXAMPLE THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN IN THIS VIDEO WOULD NOT HAVE THE SAME DIMENSION FROM TOP AND BOTTOM (NOT SYMMETRIC)......SO WHILE DRAWING THIS FIGURE WOULD WE HAVE TO CONSIDER THE BOTTOM VIEW DIMENSION TOO
No...we don't prefer to draw bottom view...if we have something which is invisible from any direction...we show such invisible geometries with the help of hidden line pattern

Why the size of arc from the front view and top view of the arc is not the same . . Why the front view is 30 then in the top view it became 60 . It should be the same right?
Size of an arc is 30...means it's radius is 30...so diameter will be double, which is 60.... When you see that arc from front you see its radius i. e 30mm.... And when you see from top you see arc's diameter i. e 60 ...
