Very nice, I’m just so worried with all the fires over the years in Malibu, having property there with that vegetation around sounds too risky.

A little to close to the sewer system. My dad bought the house at 6264 Paseo Canyon Drive in 1964 new for 35K. He got promoted to President of his company and we moved to the home office in Mansfield, Ohio in 1981. Our listing agent Walter Glass could not give it away for 200K. Finally, my dad's company bought it from us and sold it. Today that house is near 3 million, lol.

The interior needs updating, and I would remove the pool, since the OCEAN is about 50 feet away! 🤣 Noticed the house next door has put little sticks and rope in the sand to designate their "PRIVATE BEACH, NO TRESSPASSING"! 😎

My brother rented a beach house on Faria road it was huge. We had the best time there the week before Thanksgiving.We still drive by it Everytime we're in Ventura. He's gone now. But we carry the memories with us.

Finally, one of these homes that looks like a HOME. It’s not huge, doesn’t feel like a spaceship, and has lots of natural light. I’d remodel that bathroom and kitchen, but otherwise it’s great!!
