No "Jetted tub" on the lower level? What is with that? The tub situation is very unique. I hate this house. Too cramped and closed in. Unfortunately, the charms of the house don't live up to the charms of the location.

Walked out with my coffee onto the deck one morning, and below was a young cub-so cute. Mama had to be around, but didnt see her. Just use care with trash cans, birdfeeders, keep a sharp eye out when grilling, carry a gun for emergencies only, and know how to use it. Rent or buy a cabin with a raised deck, with access from inside the cabin only. Learn from the locals about bear safety, watch your kids and pets, use common sense, and you'll be fine!
