I use the old one and it rattles so much then slides at the last second, UNHITTABLE, I use the grip but when I throw it pull the hand down

Lol no, just no. Watch any slo mo footage of any college to pro level pitcher throwing a sinker. None of them pronate over a 2 seam to make it sink, it's usually a modified grip (usually something similar to a 2 seam) with very particular pressure points finger placement and release point. Never, not once in my entire life have I ever seen a pitcher throw a sinking fastball by pronating. Arm slot also plays a massive factor to the amount and direction on movement you have on your fastball.
