Acharyaru has mentioned that present days we can’t perform religious functions in house. This is not because of only space constraints but others are: 1) It is very difficult to get cooks to cook in house, but they prefer to do catering service. 2) This has problem as Priest doesn’t eat food served through catering services, they don’t eat food prepared on gas also.3) Hence Priest wants to complete all rituals before noon so that they reach nearby matha for lunch.4) This has multiple problems- priests do rituals in hurry because they come by 8.30 AM and want to leave before noon. 4) Hence my request to all Mathas to change lunch time from 12 noon to 2PM. to enable priest to have food. 4) This helps people to perform religious functions in their house.
