You can merge two Landsat 8 raster files in QGIS 3.18 using the "Merge" tool. Here are the steps: Open QGIS 3.18 and load the two Landsat 8 raster files that you want to merge. Click on the "Raster" menu at the top of the screen and select "Miscellaneous" -> "Merge". In the "Merge" window, select the two raster files that you want to merge by clicking on the "Input layers" button and navigating to the files. Choose an output file name and location by clicking on the "..." button next to the "Merged" output file box. In the "Output format" section, choose the format that you want the merged file to be saved in (e.g., GeoTIFF). In the "Merge options" section, you can choose to select the "Match raster resolution" option if you want the merged file to have the same resolution as the input files. Click "OK" to start the merge process. QGIS will then merge the two Landsat 8 raster files and save the output as a single file in the format and location that you specified.

Hi there. Since the creator didn't reply and I had the same question, I hope this helps. The Move tool isn't a plugin. Right click on the grey toolbar area (or click View>>Toolbars>>) and turn on the Advanced Digitizing Toolbar (NOT the Adv. Dig. PANEL). Move is the second icon tool just to the right of the ruler triangle icon. Good luck!
