Not gonna lie. You have some crappy stock picks.. Why do you pick companies whose stock is so underperforming? You can concentrate your portfolio more on better stocks/companies. You really picked Target over Walmart or Costco? Simply because it appears as a "bargain"? Not the right way of investing in stocks. Wouldn't touch Boeing, Conoco, Dollar Tree and Enphase..

All i have in my roth is 50 shares of tesla 10 shares of SPY 10 of QQQ 6 of VOO So far 42 percent for the year up 10 grand 😱

idk why you have these shitty Income ETFs in your Roth IRA. Every charts over the long term is down. You should be growth focused, your down on every position and just hoping to breakeven is risky cuz it may never happen. Yea weekly dividends are nice and in a tax sheltered account is cool cuz you don't have to pay any taxes. This isn't the best way to take advantage of compound interest. Buy yourself a Vanguard ETF like VGT have that as 80% of the port. and 20% say in SCHD or DGRO and reinvest the dividends and over the long term you'll thank yourself. I'm doing this strat since 2021 and im up over 40%. Seriously reconsider your portfolio.

Same thing with starbucks..they are extremely expensive in a market where every influencer has their own brand and new shops are popping up everywhere. They have also done some political stuff that has pushed many people away. I hope you make a profit but you really should look into why a stock is going down in a market where everything is going up.

There is a reason why a stock like NKE is crashing during a time when almost every other stock is going up. Its a good idea to look into the reason a stock is going down before assuming it will go back up. NKE lost value due to bad earnings. They are extremely expensive shoes when inflation is extremely high plus manufacturing issues. NKE might go back up but if i were to gamble on it i would have done a PUT knowing the trend is going down. Or I would have done a PUT and a CALL which means if it moves at all you make profit.

That's great, but if you had just purchased the S&P 500 index you would have gained almost 28% over the same 1 year period.

Make sure you keep your day job you have no future on RUclips.
