Everyone should do what they think it's more fun, but personally I think that counting regional forms as dupes simply avoids a lot of confusion, because many forms do branch, the name is often the same and many games show them as already captured. It's also hard to justify treating the non-regional variants as dupes, but not the regional forms or pokémon with different abilities (which also can greatly change the game experience).

Case for Golisopod being S-tier: its utility is simply not measured in frags. Being such a useful pivot - and by definition from what Emergency Exit does, always a SLOW pivot - just does so much to keep the team safe.
