How Many cc is your engine?
Just make sure with all the grinding and welding you don't cook the magnets, they get damaged from heat

Sir I really don't know what exactly the problem of this engine is right now and I have really tried all my possible best on this engine but still yet no way I have checked the timing everything is ok but still yet the engine has refused to start I really don't know where to go from here right now sir 😢😢😢😢

From the look, you've a lot of weight, first check Engine horsepower to know load capacity vs actual load, secondly try reducing the weight, streamlining structure to reduce drag and thirdly to overcome force of initial, you need more torque that's your gearing ratio for first gear......
