Hello, I have a .txt file and there is data inside the file! when I run bulk insert it says (0 row(s) affected) no ERROR or anything, how can I solve that?

I"m still very new to SQL and need it for class. I was following these steps and thats how I found out I have two instances of SQL server with near identical names. I am not sure when or how that happened. Idek if I need to keep both. But switching the instance helped to solve my issue. I may never have found it without this video. Thanks for uploading!

fyi im a newbie to coding and i found out through my teacher that the file that i had dowloaded from the college computers was only the main file and not the file and subfiles associated with the coding file so like all the forms and shit i just downloaded the main file that i thought i needed to have so i hope this helps someone in need you need the entire file and everything in it to be able to open in another pc per say like i have
