Its both no code and low code. You have to add route names by typing them in, that can be anything, like "user", "car", "article", etc. Now, when you want to modify processing of the data in your routes, you go to the Functions tab. This is where you see the function blocks. This is where you can use TypeScript to modify how the data gets processed. This is the low code approach, but its not mandatory. Well, triggers in form of Webhooks are on the roadmap. Chron jobs, as in Scheduled Tasks are on the roadmap as well. I suggest you vote for the feature you want the most on the roadmap here, because more votes, means sooner it gets implemented. :) codesmash.featurebase.app/ As far as browsing the table data, yes, its in the Functions tab. The default tab which is open in the API Builder is the Routes tab. Next to it is Functions tab, so just click that and you will get the table view.

Hey Frederick! :) N8N requires VPS and this is one of the most requested features. I was about to start working on VPS tomorrow, so yeah, will announce that development has started. WordPress and N8N will be the first do get deployed once the VPS infrastructure is ready. Stay tuned!

You can currently deploy Next.js from CodeSmash directly, but only client-side rendered version. Server-side rendered version is coming soon, we are working on it now. Basically, you will easily be able to deploy Marc Lou's ShipFast from CodeSmash. :) Currently, you can also deploy an API with a database. Now, if you want to deploy an app from a custom GitHub repo, then you will have to wait, we don't have this feature yet.

Why can't you use AWS? Its really cheap. I will add more cloud platforms but have no plans for your own servers. This would require very complex infrastructure. Even Vercel runs on AWS.

Currently, regarding serverless web hosting and the No Code API Builder, its fully operational. As I mentioned in another comment, my new dev Sarah is working hard on delivering the new SSR web hosting for Next.js. Don't worry guys, things are moving forward.

You can pass in user id and check inside the API if the user id has the permission to edit a specific piece of data or add the data. Also, you can pass in the JWT token you got on the frontend and validate it. Ideally, you should combine these 2 approaches. I've just added the JWT validation function to the roadmap so you can check it out here. I'm not sure if you're referring to Vercel pricing which I have shown in the video which has $20 plan, or CodeSmash $15 Personal plan? If its for Vercel, then that's not mine, that's the competitor. As for CodeSmash, yes, there is both monthly subscription and one-time payment where you can use it for life and deploy unlimited websites. When I said FREE, I mean, each new AWS account has a free tier and if you host your website there, you won't pay anything. So, from CodeSmash perspective, you have no additional charges, unlike with Vercel, which has monthly subscription and usage cost. If you use CodeSmash to deploy to AWS, then you only pay to CodeSmash and only if you cross the Free Tier in AWS do you pay usage to AWS. But this usage is minimal as I've shown in the video, among which is $0.023 per GB monthly hosting. Of course, and Azure as well. CodeSmash uses Terraform under the hood, so I can deploy on any cloud platform that Terraform supports. I chose AWS for now, because its the most popular one.

You shouldn't use LightSail, because its expensive. CodeSmash uses serverless services on AWS to deploy your apps. Currently, you can deploy a REST API easily. When you deploy a REST API, you are actually deploying AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambda and AWS DynamoDB all connected together. This is even cheaper than Lightsail.
