Hello! My WiFi plug is Offline in the app (( Did your logger connect to the server immidiatly or you had to wait for some houers, or days? What is your WiFi router settings - security WPA2? 2,4Ghz , b, g, or n mode? IP range standart 192.168.1.** Does the logger work with hidden SSID? In pass and SSID name, we have to use only latters and numbers?

There is an issue with Trusted Platform Press [Y] - Reset whole TPM Press [N] - Boot with current TPM data Note: BitLocker may require the recovery key to boot to Windows .

Not very helpfull video, are you using laptop?? we use mobile phone most of Eason hybrid inverter costumers as this app means to be mobile phone, this apps is useless
You can delete the data logger if you want but you can't reset it because it doesn't have those features yet. But contact the people you bought it from.
